I am a clean-cut freelance technician / show operator who performs labor and services for set ups, tear downs, and shows and shoots. Though I do have any gear for productions, I do have my own tools to, which I use, at the production site. I am very good in my profession and my clients and other fellow technicians know me as one of the top 10 in Arizona. I am currently seeking new clients and booking for up-coming productions and would like to be considered for any productions you may be scheduling. I have been in the staging industry since 1995. Working still to this day Rock & Roll to Corporate shows and others.
In 2003, after working WWE events, I expanded my services to include the film, video, commercial and broadcasting industries.
In 2005, I became a freelance technician and have covered every facet of the industry from movies to commercials, meetings, scenic, trade shows, A/V production, and live and taped venues.
In 2006 became a LLC as Right Stuff Productions in AZ.
In 2011 thru 2018 While I am the main crew member I also organize and provide other freelance crew members for jobs coming up. Up to a crew of 16 so far.
2018 Completed training in Christie Spyder X20, X80 Video Switching and Christie Phoenix® video processors. Looking for someone to shadow with.

EXPERIENCE;
(Yes I have done every one of these jobs and then some.)
Staging for many outside as well as inside venues such as arena, theatre, ballrooms, and convention centers. Including rock and roll concerts, corporate, meetings, opera, ballad, car & trade-show events, exhibits, rodeos, museums, science center, magicians, wrestling, boxing, presidential, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, special events and even help install and strike 4,000 computers in Vegas.
I am also fully capable of performing labor in any of these areas and others such as video, broadcasting, and film including Sci-Fi’s, horrors, dramas, comedies, meetings, commercials, studios, chroma screens and others. I have provided a crew of 16 other freelancers for a concert, 11 for an event and 8 for a corporate event. All are very professional and get the job done the first time.
I am multi-talented in staging area and have work in each of these fields. Below is a list on what I can do for setup, teardown and/or show to help your company out. I book first come and first serve.
Freelance Tech. & Show Op. in Lighting, audio, and video technician; (Program and ran a Leprecon LP624 or LP612 light board, Hog lll), rigger (ballroom & theatre (Scissor and boom lift, Own rigging harness)), projectionist (Christie, Epson, Panasonic, Casio, Hitachi, Optima, Eiki, Barco (Standard, Converging, Never done edge blending but willing to learn at a discount.)) video switcher (Folsom and Barco Screen Pro and Presentation Pro, and Folsom Image Pro (Still images, PIP, logos)), spotlight (Super Trouper, Altspot, Goliath), camera operator (Sony Power HAD EX, Canon XHA1, Panasonic, JVC just to name a few) I have even operated two cameras at same time. I rigged one up as static. (long lens, CCU), Robo cam (setup, program, follow subject on stage) cable grip, breakouts tech., floater, led wall building, lasers set up, ME, electrician, technical director, Video director, production assistant, supervisor, assistant stage manager, set up back line, audio mixing (Mackie’s, Soundcraft Gig Rack 300, Yamaha,) (Shure wireless kits, program the receiver and transmitter) for meetings, help install and strike 4,000 computers in Vegas. Good at Power Point. Although my specialty is lighting and video. I have used scissor lifts, man lifts, forklifts, boom forklifts and boom man lifts. Carry OSHA Card. I have experience in working on well over a 2,000 plus shows.
For Movies and Commercials, I am multi-talented in production as a driver, grip, key grip, dolly grip, jib operator, PA, rigger, lighting tech, best boy, gaffer, electrician, carpenter, studio technician and others. I have also done acting as an extra/actor and voice-overs. I have done 39 national and local movies and commercials. I am very reliable and once I am confirmed for a job, I will be there early. Pay is negotiable for each job. I take great pride in all jobs I perform and there is no show, venue or shoot too small or too big. I am always a great asset to your production. I am one that will finish the job go to the lead and ask what is the next job. You will not have to look for me.
Even though I mainly work local shows in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas, I have traveled several times. I have a passport book and clean criminal record. I have driven carrying production equipment in 24’ box trucks and under. I have in the past back up semi-trailers to the dock. Great with mirrors and spotter. Clean driving record for past 1 years. 1 accident on a motorcycle, 2022 went to traffic school. 3 cars did a sudden stop and I clipped the left rear bumper trying to avoid it.
